2. Data we collect
- Account data — name, email, workspace, billing details.
- Workflow content — agents, prompts, files, and integration credentials you connect.
- Usage data — run logs, performance metrics, and feature telemetry needed to operate the service.
- Cookies — strictly necessary cookies plus optional analytics cookies (only with your consent).
3. How we use your data
To deliver the service, secure it, bill you, support you, and improve it. We do not sell your data. We do not train foundation models on your workflow content.
4. Legal bases (GDPR)
Performance of contract, legitimate interest, legal obligation, and — for marketing or non-essential cookies — your explicit consent.
5. Sharing & sub-processors
We share data with vetted sub-processors (cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics, payment processing). The current list is available on request and is updated before any material change.
6. International transfers
Where data leaves the EEA / UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary safeguards. Self-hosted deployments keep data inside your own infrastructure.
7. Retention
We keep account data for the life of your account plus a limited grace period. Workflow run logs are retained per your plan's configuration. Backups are rotated on a [N]-day schedule.
8. Security
Encryption in transit and at rest, isolated agent execution, single-use OTP tokens, and SOC 2 Type II controls. See our security page for the technical detail.
9. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Email privacy@actana.ai to exercise any of these.
10. Children
Actana is not directed to children under 16.
